Rebecca Mealey: A Teacher Gone Blogger

Welcome to My Creative Palette! I’ve had so much fun being a teacher and a parent. I love celebrating the seasons and the holidays and I have so much to share. But deep down I always wanted to share myself by being a published author.

It’s not that I regret becoming a teacher. If you really read Robert Frost’s poem The Road Not Taken you will understand what I mean. But now is the time for me to relax and write about it all. And, if you are considering writing as a second chance, visit my writing blog at theroadnottaken.com. After all, I am a teacher. Please also visit me at Hubpages. com

Enjoy, and come back soon. New colors are always being added on My Creative Palette.

  1. Hi there, Rebecca! I have nominated you for “The Very Inspiring Blog Award”! Read this post for more information about what you have to do to accept it! http://lorrainemariereguly.wordpress.com/2013/06/03/the-very-inspiring-blogger-award-links-to-sites-for-freelancers-writers-and-poets/

By the way, you and I have a few things in common. We are both teachers, and we are both bloggers! We are also both female, and oh, I could go on and on…. LOL Congratulations on your award!

    1. Thanks for letting me know. I’m still learning. I will figure it out sooner or later! And thanks for dropping in!

  2. Good Luck, ——, with your writing and your blog. A wee thought is to give yourself a name on your blog which gives readers a chance to see who you are. If you are building a social media persona, this is paramount.:-)
