- 2 eight-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- Beat the cream cheese and sugar until fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla and beat well

Divide the cheesecake batter and add a little food coloring to create pastel colors for the cheesecakes.
